LIBRARY PROJECT

The Armitt is currently working on a project to strengthen the library, both in terms of its collections and its accessibility. We want the library to be relevant and useful for everyone now and in years to come. To do this, we are working to make the most of our spaces and ensure our collection is correctly identified. This means there will be some changes to our physical layout. Whilst we undertake this work, access to the library catalogue will be temporarily unavailable. You are still able to visit The Armitt library during our normal opening hours or make a special research visit request, however, we do ask that any enquiries regarding books in the collection are sent in by email with at least two days’ notice so that our team can assist you.
